I had an excellent experience at Coastal Oral Surgery. I broke a wisdom tooth and after a consultation with Dr. Winston, he removed the tooth so quickly I was amazed! The staff and office were lovely and helpful and made sure my experience was without stress. I highly recommend this practice.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Coastal Oral Surgery Center was extremely disappointing and stressful. The office had my insurance information the day before my appointment, yet no one informed me that I would owe $100 out of pocket until I was already in the treatment room preparing for my procedure. Had I known beforehand, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was told I needed to pay the full amount immediately, and there was no option for a payment plan. Because of severe dental anxiety, I was supposed to have sedation. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected cost, I had to proceed without it. I do not respond well to Novocaine and typically require additional anesthetic. During the extraction, I could still feel pain and informed the dentist, but the procedure continued despite my discomfort. The entire experience caused a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety. I literally left the office shaking. In all my years of dental treatment, I have never experienced anything like it. The unfortunate part is that I genuinely needed this tooth removed. Absolutely incredible experience. I was extremely nervous about having my wisdom tooth extracted, but Dr. Soliman and his entire team were amazing. He was kind, reassuring, and professional. The extraction was quick, smooth, and virtually painless, over in about 10 minutes. Dr. Soliman made me feel completely at ease, and the whole process was far easier than I ever imagined. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Dr. Soliman and his wonderful staff!

I had a great experience. I was seen on time. Everyone I encountered was helpful and courteous. Dr Harrington was especially comforting and handled my procedure beautifully, explaining every step throughout process. First rate service.

I was there for an extraction. All went very well, no pain, no difficulty and they were very organized. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend their services.
